The Story of Chef Doris and The Eatery 

        Chef Doris Frasier MBA is owner and operator of the Sharpest Eatery, a quaint soulfood restaurant which opened in 2008 offering Full Catering and Wait Staff Services. In September 2013 she aquired a space in the Greenfield Flea Market and then also became a restaurant called Sharpest Eatery "Quick and Soulful Eating", Home of the $5.00 Meal

The Sharpest Eatery is now a Soul Food Restaurant offering pick-up and catering services

         Chef Doris has cooked in several restaurants across the country for over 40 years and many of her specialties are from cuisine she learned to cooked while in the Low-Country of Charleston, South Carolina, such as Carolina Gumbo, a Six  Cheese Macaroni and Cheese, Orange Bourbon Baby Back Ribs and Frogmore Stew just to name a few.
        She continued to operate her restaurant while attending school full time from 2008 - 2015. Ms.  Frasier received her Master's Degree with honors in Business Management from Cornerstone University in 2015. She also completed her training at Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts Program to become a licensed Chef in 2017.  
      She has been certified by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation for completion of their SafeServe Food Managers Program since 2011 and is also an active member and cardholder of the Michigan Food Handler's Association.
        She is an active member of Third New Hope Baptist Church where she has been Co-Director of the Mary Cole Community Outreach the church's Food Pantry since 2011. She gives credit for all her sucess to her Trust in God. She tells everyone that "WITHOUT HIM I AM NOTHING. WITH HIM I CAN BE ANYTHING I DESIRE."

       She has now been featured in articles in the Michigan Chronicle, The Detroit Free Press, Food and Wine Magazine, Facebook, Twitter, TicTok and the words is spreading across the nation.
